What is the Aging in Place Network?

It’s a caring, connected community where neighbors support one another to live comfortably and confidently in the homes they love. Join us to:

Stay Active

Keep moving physically, mentally, and socially with activities like walking, swimming, kayaking, biking, gardening, tennis, pickleball, painting, and theater.

Build Friendships

Avoid isolation through social events, wellness programs, senior center visits, and local Loudoun County day and overnight trips.

Connect in Small Teams

Join close-knit groups of 4–6 members for regular, friendly check-ins by text, phone, or email—because a simple “hello” makes all the difference.

Access Local Resources

Discover helpful Loudoun County and private services specifically designed to support aging safely and independently at home.
